Ask for it the way you’d ask a colleague
Tell an Agent what keeps going wrong or what you wish you had. It asks a question or two, builds the app, and posts it as a card in the chat or Room. Open it full size, use it together, and ask for changes as you go.
Apps can use the AI models the Agent already has, so a form can summarize what someone typed or sort a request into your categories. Your apps are also listed on the Apps page, so they’re easy to find later.

A private app uses only a model running on your own computers. If that model is switched off, the app shows an error instead of falling back to an outside AI.
It can read photos and scanned documents with that model, pull out what’s needed, and blank out the rest, so the Agent only sees the summary it needs. Files uploaded to an app are deleted after a day.

With permission from an Owner or Admin, an app can read from Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and GitHub. Permission is given app by app and service by service, reading is all it can do, and every read is recorded.
