1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Geyser Labs handles information in connection with this website, preview applications, invited pilots, and related support. A separate customer or pilot agreement may describe additional processing and will control if it conflicts with this policy.
The public website is a preview, not a generally available service.
2. Information we receive
Website information. Our hosting and security providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested path, time, and error information. The corporate site links to the separately hosted Geyser account service for signup and sign-in.
Signup and account information. The public site links to our account service, where a new customer may provide a workspace name, email address, and acceptance of the current Terms and Privacy Policy. We verify control of the email address before creating the workspace. Creating an Agent is a separate choice after signup.
Account and preview information. We may receive account identifiers, contact details, workspace membership, device and app version, authentication events, billing status, and operational diagnostics needed to provide and secure the preview.
Content and support. We may receive information you choose to send through the preview, feedback, support messages, and diagnostic material you deliberately share with us.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure preview experiences, authenticate users, route requested activity, diagnose problems, improve reliability, communicate about access or support, enforce our terms, and comply with law.
We do not sell personal information or use private preview content to build advertising profiles.
4. When information is shared
We may share limited information with infrastructure, authentication, distribution, analytics, and support providers acting for us; with collaborators you direct us to involve; when required to protect users, the public, or our rights; in response to valid legal process; or as part of a corporate transaction.
We require service providers to handle information for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
5. Text messages (SMS)
When you text a Geyser Labs Agent’s number, such as the number for Arlo, Geyser Labs’ AI assistant, Geyser Labs receives your phone number and the messages you send. We use them only to reply to you, provide support, and keep the service secure and working. Text-message replies are sent through our messaging provider (Twilio).
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the preview, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. Retention may vary by data type and pilot arrangement.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to an early preview. No system is perfectly secure, and preview software should not be your only copy of important information.
7. Your choices
You may clear locally saved website data through your browser. Preview participants may ask to access, correct, or delete account information by contacting us, subject to security verification and legal exceptions. You may also stop using the preview and uninstall the applications at any time.
8. Children, regions, and changes
The preview is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our providers operate, with protections appropriate to the transfer.
We may update this policy as the preview evolves. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material.
