Delete it yourself
Open your account page in any browser and sign in.
Geyser Chat 0.8.190 and later also links to it: open Preferences (on a phone, the You tab) and choose Delete your account under Account.
Under Delete personal account, type “delete my account” and confirm. Your account is deleted right away, and you are signed out of Geyser Chat and the web.
If you own the workspace
A workspace always has an owner, so first transfer ownership to someone else in the workspace, then delete your account. To close the whole workspace instead, use Workspace lifecycle on the same account page.
What is deleted
Your profile, your sign-in methods (Google, Apple, and email), your verified email addresses, your Geyser Chat and web sessions, your workspace membership, your Agent assignments, and your permissions. Developer keys tied to you are revoked, apps you connected to Geyser (such as Claude) are signed out, and your devices stop getting Geyser notifications. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Geyser’s access with Apple.
What stays with the workspace
Your conversations with the workspace’s Agents, and other work that belongs to the workspace, such as its Agents, Rooms, and files, stay with the workspace and its other members. The workspace owner can delete the workspace to remove them.
Can’t sign in?
Email hello@geyserlabs.ai from the address on your account and we will delete it for you after confirming it’s yours.
