The deal on the table
This year the biggest AI companies each launched an always-on assistant. Every one of them runs on the company’s computers, asks you to connect your email, calendar, bank, and files, and reaches the world through the company’s servers. You get convenience. They get a copy of your life, a say in which model you use, and a meter they can turn up whenever they like.
Plenty of people will take that deal. We started Geyser for the ones who read it twice.
What we’re building instead
Geyser gives your Agents a home on computers you own: a walled-off Linux computer inside your Mac, Windows PC, or Linux box, or the machine itself. You can reach your Agents’ screens, and your own computers, from your phone. Each Agent thinks with the AI you choose, from Claude and ChatGPT to open models on your own graphics card, and keeps what it knows when you switch.
The rules don’t live in a prompt the AI can talk its way around. Geyser checks permissions itself, sends the big decisions to your phone, and keeps your data in a home you pick. We never sell it, and our own support team can’t look without your permission.
