1. Preview status
These Terms govern access to this website, self-service preview workspaces, downloadable preview applications, and any Geyser Labs pilot that does not have separate signed terms. The products are pre-release and experimental. Features, limits, names, and availability may change without notice.
If you use a preview on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and devices secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. We may limit, suspend, or revoke preview access as described in these Terms.
A workspace Owner may create a workspace through verified-email signup or receive provisioned access from Geyser Labs. Additional members must be invited or assigned by an authorized workspace administrator.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for deciding who may access machines, agents, models, files, or connected services under your control.
3. License and restrictions
Subject to these Terms, Geyser Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the preview applications for evaluation and authorized pilot use.
You may not misuse the preview, bypass access or safety controls, probe or disrupt systems without written permission, introduce malicious code, infringe others’ rights, use the preview for unlawful activity, resell access, or reverse engineer protected portions except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Your content, machines, and choices
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Geyser Labs the limited rights needed to process that content at your direction, operate the preview, secure it, and provide support.
You are responsible for permissions, backups, legal rights, and safe operation of any machines, models, data, services, or accounts you connect. Do not use the preview as the only repository for important information.
5. Agents and generated results
Preview agents and models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable results and may take actions when you enable tools or autonomy. Review important outputs and supervise consequential actions. The preview is not a substitute for professional judgment in medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk settings.
You decide which capabilities and permissions to grant. You remain responsible for your use of outputs and for actions taken through resources you control.
6. Third-party services
The preview may interoperate with third-party models, identity providers, app stores, hosting platforms, or tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and Geyser Labs is not responsible for third-party availability or conduct.
Paid workspace plans may include a monthly work allowance for managed models, generated media, metered services, and active hosted Agent compute. Unused monthly allowance expires at the end of its billing period; purchased usage top-ups do not expire. Automatic top-ups require explicit opt-in and a monthly purchase ceiling. Prices, rates, subscription terms, and limits are shown before purchase. Allowances and top-ups are service units, not cash or stored value, and cannot be transferred between workspaces.
7. SMS Terms
Geyser Labs’ AI assistant, Arlo, sends text messages only in reply to messages you send to its number. It never starts a conversation and never sends marketing messages. Message frequency varies with your conversation.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Ownership and feedback
Geyser Labs and its licensors own the preview software, branding, site, and related technology, excluding your content and third-party materials. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the preview at any time. We may suspend or end access to protect the preview or others, respond to legal or security concerns, enforce these Terms, or discontinue a pilot. Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers and limits
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PREVIEW IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEYSER LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE PREVIEW. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the greater of amounts you paid Geyser Labs for the applicable preview during the prior three months or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. General
These Terms and any applicable signed pilot agreement are the entire agreement about the preview. You may not assign them without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transaction. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain in effect. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
We may update these Terms as the preview changes. Continuing to use the preview after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to hello@geyserlabs.ai.
