Open an Agent’s desktop, a shared application window, or the file it has made. Check the source, look at the result, and work alongside it.

When a task needs your input, take over the controls. Complete an account sign-in on the desktop or help with an application, then let the Agent continue.

Choose who supplies the computer.

A hosted Agent runs in an isolated environment operated by Geyser. Geyser Host lets supported Mac and Linux hardware run Agent computers for your workspace.

Each Agent has its own environment. Installing Host does not hand an Agent control of your everyday desktop. Sharing the Host’s physical screen is a separate local choice.

• Geyser-managed: add a hosted Agent without operating its hardware.
• Your hardware: install Geyser Host and enroll a supported computer.
• A mix: use managed capacity and your own Hosts in the same organization.

Reach the computer you need.

Geyser brings desktop viewing and remote access into the same working environment as your agents. Supported customer-hosted paths use the private Aquifer network; managed paths use authenticated encrypted tunnels.

On a Host, screen viewing, mouse and keyboard control, unattended Agent observation, and secure management each have their own controls. Local consent puts the person at that computer in charge of what is shared.

Keep remote management deliberate.

Supported Host management paths use separately enabled access and public-key authentication. Turning off the relevant consent or revoking access closes the permitted path.

Choose data custody separately from compute. Running an Agent on a Mac or Linux Host does not, by itself, move the workspace’s data home onto that machine.
