See who can use an Agent
If you’re allowed to manage people, open People with access from the Agent’s page. The list shows who has a direct grant and whose access is inherited from an Agent Role or from workspace authority.
Change the source of access
A direct grant gives that person access to the Agent. Removing it leaves any separate inherited grant in place, so use the linked People controls to change access at its source.
Choose what an Agent may observe
For a remote check or watch, approve both the target and the operation. A selected log, a window, and a whole desktop are different scopes. Check which Agent and which model will process the content.
Confirm local Host consent
Host observation, where supported, needs consent at the computer itself as well as the approved Agent grant. Set how long it lasts and pick the local sharing controls the task needs.
Stop access when the job is done
Pause or stop the watch, revoke the grant, or turn off the Host consent. Keep in mind that permission to observe doesn’t cover input control or commands.
