A practical guide

Make access understandable.

People, inherited permissions, and observation.

All guides
1

See who can use an Agent

Open People with access from the Agent’s page when you have permission to manage people. The list explains direct grants and access inherited from an Agent Role or workspace authority.

2

Change the source of access

Adding a direct grant gives that person access to the Agent. Removing it does not remove a separate inherited grant. Use the linked People controls to change the relevant source.

3

Choose what an Agent may observe

For a remote check or watch, approve the target and operation. A selected log, a window, and a desktop are different scopes. Review which Agent and model will process the content.

4

Confirm local Host consent

Supported Host observation needs consent at the computer as well as the approved Agent grant. Set the duration and choose the local sharing controls needed for the task.

5

Stop access when the job is done

Pause or stop the watch, revoke the grant, or disable the relevant Host consent. An observation grant does not authorize input control or commands.

Make a start

Start with one agent and a job worth doing.

Create a workspace, bring your team, and see what you can get done.
