A practical guide

Join an Agent on its computer.

See the application and step into the work.

All guides
1

Open the Agent’s desktop

Use the Geyser app to open the Agent’s live desktop or a shared window. Ask the Agent to show the file or application it is working on if you need a starting point.

2

Look before taking control

Check the application and the current task. The Agent’s computer is separate from the everyday desktop on the Host that runs it.

3

Take over when the work needs you

Use the authorized input controls to complete a sign-in, choose a file, or help with a step. The co-working handoff coordinates Agent input with the person at the controls.

4

Return the work

Tell the Agent what changed and what should happen next. Open the resulting file or application to check the outcome.

5

Manage any additional sharing separately

Sharing a Host’s physical screen, allowing mouse and keyboard input, and allowing unattended observation are distinct permissions. Enabling one is not a grant for all three.

Make a start

Start with one agent and a job worth doing.

Create a workspace, bring your team, and see what you can get done.
