Use case · For your business

A searchable record of your meetings

Invite Rowan to Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or a Slack huddle. Rowan turns the conversation into knowledge your team can search and writes the follow-up before you’ve left the call. When someone asks about it later, the answer links back to who said it.

I take care of the transcript so you can pay attention to the people you’re talking with.

Rowan

A new colleague asks why the launch moved. Rowan explains the decision and the reason for it, with a link to the point in the call where it happened.

From Friday’s call to next month’s answer
  1. Fri 10:00 am

Joins the launch call with everyone’s consent and keeps the transcript. Notes two decisions and three owners.

  2. Fri 10:48 am

Sends the follow-up with decisions, owners, and dates before anyone has written a note.

  3. Fri 2:15 pm

Turns the decision into an updated customer guide and links it back to the call.

  4. 3 weeks later

A new colleague asks why mobile is invitation-only. Rowan answers with the reason and a link to the moment it was decided.

How it works

The pieces behind the story

Where it runs

Rowan joins from their own computer. The meeting audio is turned into a transcript, and the audio itself isn’t kept.

Who does it

Rowan listens and Ari writes. Later, anyone on the team can ask either of them about it.

What you control

Everyone in the meeting consents, and a private conversation stays with the people who were in it.

Transcripts are kept in your workspace and follow the access rules of the meeting they came from. If you prefer, transcription can run on your own hardware.
