Check your hardware
Use an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later, or a supported x86_64 Ubuntu Host. Linux requires hardware virtualization, systemd, at least 16 GB RAM, and 150 GB free disk. Check Downloads for current packages.
Install Geyser Host
On Mac, open the disk image and move the app to Applications. On Ubuntu, install the downloaded DEB package. Then open Host and follow its enrollment flow.
Connect the Host to your workspace
Enroll the computer under the workspace that will use it. Add or place an Agent on the available Host capacity using the supported workspace flow.
Let the Agent computer get ready
The Agent receives a separate environment for its desktop, browser, tools, and files. Open it from Geyser when it is ready.
Choose additional permissions only when useful
Host screen sharing, input control, unattended observation, and secure management are separate local choices. Hosting an Agent does not require sharing every part of your own desktop.
Choose data custody separately
The Agent’s computer and the workspace’s Customer Cell are different components. Moving the data home to an eligible Host or enterprise environment is a separate deployment operation.
